At Meshki, we want you to love your look, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit or refunds on full-priced items. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Return Method

  Select your preferred return option, including a prepaid shipping label for Australian customers or your choice of international carrier.

  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at your nearest Australia Post office or designated drop-off point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
